2-     How do I register to Zandle?

  • Through the website or our mobile applications, Click on “My Account” and then create an account.

 3-     I forgot my password, what should I do?

  • Click on “My Account” , then you click on “Forgot Your Password?”, and it will be send to your registered email.

 4-     How to Buy?

  • Subscribe – Login in – Choose your deal – Put on cart - Print the voucher or bring it up on your mobile device, then present it at the business to get your deal

5-     My order was declined.

  • If a credit card is declined, it means that your credit card issuer/banker declined the transaction and a call to your card issuer/banker will sort this out.

6-     I am having ordering difficulties.

  • Please check your spam or junk mail folders, because sometimes the E-mail may have been sent there. If you’re still unable to find the E-mail, please contact the merchant directly or send us a copy of the receipt or the invoice to sales@zandle.com

 7-     Do I receive a confirmation email when I place an order to confirm it?
